For over five years now, I have been preparing food for my family in the style of our ancestors ~ with full fat, full nutrients, and full flavor! Instead of simply calculating what "good food" includes or doesn't include, I endeavor to engage food with my senses, as well as my soul.
I am passionate about finding the best food close by, supporting farmers and growers who care, and being mindful of the many cycles and relationships involved in bringing food to the table. I am grateful to the sun, the moon, the earth, and the plants and animals who go before me to make these meal offerings full of life, flavor, and beauty.
